Since October of 2007 I have been working for CTMT with the majority of my time being dedicated to the Humana corporate account. My primary responsibilities have included lease evaluation and negotiation; overseeing M&A due diligence; and coordinating customizations to the web based information system (REflex). Prior to working for CTMT, I operated as a Broker for Realty Exchange’s multifamily and commercial divisions in St. Louis. During this time I listed over $20 million in product, worked on a variety of projects including a 450,000 square foot retail development in Jefferson County, and represented clients in many capacities.
